When you purchase any brand new ski
and binding that has been recommended by the TelemarkSki.com staff and purchased through Telemarkski.com, we guarantee that
you will like it!
If not, send it back to us and receive credit toward
the purchase of another ski.
No questions asked.

You can use the ski, but it must be in new condition
when returned. No core shots, base damage, separated
edges or any other skier inflicted damage.
Guarantee applies to all new telemark skis, alpine
touring skis, and nordic skis recommended by the TelemarkSki.com staff.
We must also mount your bindings.
You must send the ski back to us within 30 days of
receiving it. Include a copy of your receipt.
Refund will be issued in the form of credit to be
used on the purchase of another ski at TelemarkSki.com.
You are responsible for all shipping charges.
Exclusions: sale skis and demo skis are not covered
under this guarantee. |

We believe in our products and our staff's knowledge
of our products. We understand the challenges of buying
online without the ability to try it out first. We want
you to be satisifed.
Our team tries out every ski we sell. They know what
works best under what conditions. If you're not sure
what ski you want, just drop
us a line. We'll get you set up with the ski that's
right for you. If not, we'll take it back.
And by the way, when customers return a ski they are
not satisfied with, we add it to our extensive demo
fleet. We never sell a "used" ski as "new."
